1. Processing Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email to verify your details before dispatch.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all major cities and regions across Pakistan.

• Prepaid Orders: Online payment options via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or credit/debit cards are available at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

• Please ensure that your complete shipping address, including landmark and postal code, is provided correctly.

• Our courier partner will attempt to contact you up to 2–3 times before returning the shipment to us. Re-shipping returned packages may incur additional delivery charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the damaged parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly.
