1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Condition: Cosmetics must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them due to hygiene and health protection standards.

• Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

• Products with broken safety seals or opened original packaging.

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

1. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

3. Provide your order number along with photo or video evidence showing the damage or issue.

4. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship to Address: Send your parcel to our physical store location:

   Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Note: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong product delivered), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status:

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

• Payout Method: Refunds will be credited via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (as agreed upon with our team).

• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
